Cotton Organdy Dress with Embroidered Flowers
C.1950.
This
organdy dress could be worn to a christening or any other very special
occasion. Distinctive elements include the crisp and beautiful light
organdy fabric as well as the rows of colorful embroidered flowers
across the bodice. It closes in the back with three buttons and a
beautiful old-fashioned sash. Cotton lace adorns the peter pan collar
and turned up sleeve cuffs. A sweet strip of piping separates bodice
from skirt in the front. French seams. Tag reads, "Baby
Fleurette." Superb condition.
